Frequently asked questions
Does this make me a tour operator?
No. TravelPilot is software. You remain an intermediary; the contract partner and the insolvency certificate come from the operator. The software deliberately prevents you from silently assembling packages yourself.
Do I need operator API access?
No. You can enter offers manually or paste text. Integrations are optional.
What does the AI cost?
You pay Anthropic directly by usage. A typical chat costs a few cents; your dashboard shows usage.
What about data protection?
EU hosting, data processing agreement, encrypted keys, no tracking cookies. You remain the controller of your customer data.
Which languages are supported?
Website, chat and documents: German, English, Russian, Ukrainian.
